ARRESTED IN LONDON
The Man Known as Frenchy No. 2 a New York Murderer

Jersey City, N.J., April 19.
The police of this city have arrested the man wanted in New York in connection with the Jack the Ripper murder last week. He is supposed to be a sailor and is known as Frenchy No. 2. It is found that he is not the man the New York police want for murder.
