The Carrie Brown Murder Trial

New York, July 2.
The trial of Amer Ben Ali, or Frenchy, for the murder of Carrie Brown was resumed yesterday. Mary Harrington and Mrs. Healy testified to seeing Frenchy in the murdered woman's apartments at different times. Detective Fink testified to his discovery of blood stains in the East River hotel, and also under Frenchy's finger nails. He described, also, Frenchy's bloodstained clothes. Capt. McLaughlin and other police officials corroborated Fink's statements.
