"The Whitechapel Mystery"

London, Feb. 14.-- The latest Whitechapel victim has been identified as a woman named Frances, who was last seen with a suspicious-looking sailor. The police have searched the wharves and shipping, but without success.

One man, a stranger, has been arrested on suspicion. Whitechapel is thronged with people who have come from all parts of London to visit the scene of the latest murder mystery.
