Reward Offered
London, Oct.1.
The mayor has offered a reward of £500 for the arrest of the Whitechapel
murderers.
Several persons have been arrested on suspicion of being the Whitechapel
murderer. The Financial News has offered a reward of
300 pounds for the capture of the murderer. There is talk on the stock
exchange of offering a further reward.
An inquest on the Mitre square victim will be held on Thursday. Medical
evidence will show that the uterus and one kidney are
missing.
