Dreamers are people who are not afraid to let their imagination spin structures called theories. We need them. Most of the great inventors were railed upon in their own time and their ideas called folly. Many others had ideas that didn't work and they were railed on too. But because sometimes some of them are right we need dreamers. Without them we would never get farther than restating what we already know over and over.

Adjudicators are not as glamorous but they are important. They evaluate ideas to see if they can possibly stand the test of reality. Without them the dreamers flights of fancy would carom into the realms of the ridiculous. The adjudicator is like a kite string. It seems to be restraining the kite and preventing it from flying, but really it is all that gives the kite stability so that it can stay aloft.

Dreamers need adjudicators and adjudicators need dreamers.

We can have different ideas. That's great. We need also to express our differences respectfully.
