Jack the Ripper Heard From Again

Amsterdam, Sept. 5.
Four women have been murdered and mutilated within the last few days in Oostburg, a small village on the island of Cadsand, the Netherlands. All were of the poorest class. The murders were committed at night and the bodies were dissected in the manner practiced by Jack the Ripper. No arrests have been made.
