Hi all - for my own research purposes I am in the process of compiling copies of the enumerator's details from the 1891 census for all areas relevant to the Whitechapel murders.
Just a brief note of explanation: for census purposes, London was was assessed by parish and each parish was sub divided into districts. For each district's returns there is a covering sheet filled in by the enumerator (the census official for that area) showing in great detail the area covered by that district.
The parishes and their districts for which I will be doing this are as follows (note that if a parish says "No districts" this does not mean there is no census data, it means the whole parish was dealt with in one return so there was no need for subdivision):

1891 Census
Parishes by District

Bethnal Green:
Bethnal Green East
Bethnal Green North
Bethnal Green South

Bow:
No districts

Christchurch:
Allhallows Barking
Christchurch Southwark
Spitalfields

Holy Trinity Minories:
No districts

Homerton:
Convent of the Sacred Heart

London City:
No districts

Mile End New Town:

Mile End Old Town:

MEOT Western

Ratcliff:

Rotherhithe:

Shadwell:

Shoreditch:
Haggerston
Hoxton Old Town
Hoxton New Town
Shoreditch South

Spitalfields:
No districts

St Botolph Aldersgate:
No districts

St Botolph Aldgate:
Aldate
St Botolph

St Botolph Billingsgate:
No districts

St Botolph Bishopsgate:
No districts

St George in the East:
St George North
St John

Tower of London;
No districts

Whitechapel:
No districts

Whitechapel St Mary:
Aldgate
Goodmans Fields
Mile End New Town
Whitechapel Church

To give you an example of the amount of detail within each enumerators summary, below is the total return for Bethnal Green East and all its enumerators' sub districts:
