 RipperCon 2016: Baltimore, MD

RipperCon features talks at the Maryland Historical Society in Baltimore’s historic Mt Vernon District on the Whitechapel Murders, Sherlock Holmes & Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Edgar Allan Poe plus panels on Ripper fiction and Ripper suspects. Headline speaker is veteran Ripperologist Martin Fido (The Complete Jack the Ripper A to Z). Other speakers include Robert Anderson, Howard Brown, Christopher T. George, Sarah Beth Hopton, Michael Hawley, Stephen Hunter, Lenne Miller, David Sterritt, and Janis Wilson. Friday reception and Saturday night banquet at the Mt Vernon Hotel. After-dinner entertainment is the acclaimed “Poe’s Last Stanza” by C. J. Crowe. M/Cs are Ally Ryder and Jonathan Menges of “Casebook: Jack the Ripper.”
