Unless you do something incredibly offensive and appallingly grotesque, you will never be banned without warning. In general, it is a three strikes you're out policy. You will get two warnings and the third time you break the rules you will be banned for a proscribed period of time. After you have been banned once, you can be banned again for any serious infraction without a warning. If you have been banned twice and you do something a third time, you will be banned permanently. If you have received two warnings and are then on your best behavior for a while, your counter will reset or at least ease back. In every warnng you receive, you will be told how close you are to being banned, it will be one of these three: Warning; Next Infraction you will be banned; You are banned.) Bans can last anywhere from a week to a permanent ban. The usual time for a first time ban is one month. We reserve the right to ban anyone permanently on the first offense. The above is simply a guideline for how it usually goes. Considering the nature of the subject, negative generalizations against groups of people or hero-worship of serial killers is worthy of a ban without prior warning and can be permanent. Be respectful of the murdered dead and do not venerate their killers.
