The Mystery of Jack the Ripper
W.H. Allen, 1929

Casebook Review:

Considered to be one of the first true non-fiction Ripper books, Matter's Mystery of Jack the Ripper is one of the most highly sought-after Ripper tomes. First editions are scarce, but later reprints can occasionally be found. A decent book for the time in which it was written, though Matters' "Dr. Stanley" theory has very little merit. Recommended for collectors only.
