PROBABLY NOT "THE RIPPER."
The Tunis Prisoner a Vagabond Answering "Jack's" Destription.

Tunis, Jan. 17, 1889.-The report that the Whitechapel murderer had been arrested here arose from the apprehension of an English vagabond named Alfred Grey, whose height, age and general aspect correspond with the descriptions of the Whitechapel murderer published in the newspapers. Grey still remains in custody.
