THE RIPPER OF MOSCOW.

HE SAYS HE WILL OUTDO LONDON'S FAMOUS CRIMINAL.

A WOMAN CUT TO PIECES.

Her Head, in a Package, Sent to the Governor-General.

LONDON, March 7.--A horrible story comes from Moscow, showing how the Nihilists seek to maintain their conspiracy of terror.

A mysterious package was left one day this week at the official residence of Prince Dolgoroukoff, governon general of the city and province of Moscow. It was opened with due precaution and found to contain a woman's head. With it was a letter in which the writer says he will yet outdo the deeds of Jack the Ripper.

The Body Cut in Pieces.

Search was made and the remainder of the body was discovered cut in pieces and packed in two sacks. The corpse is believed to be that of a Nihilist traitress.
