Simon Schostwitz was arrested last night, charged with the murder of Anna Spilka. He met her on the street, followed her to her room and cut her throat. Her screams brought neighbors to the scene and and a mob set upon him crying "Ripper." The police saved him, after he was kicked almost to death. He admitted his guilt. They don't think he is the "Ripper" who has murdered so many women lately, however.
