We are soliciting our British and Australian cousins to see if there is any interest in a regular Ripper chat for those who cannot make the weekly Tuesday night chat here in the Colonies due to the time differential.
The last time we tried this, it was a failure due to low participation. If there is sufficient interest expressed, the redoubtable Viper has agreed to moderate on an intermittent basis.
Please indicate here if you would like to see such a chat organized, the day and time that would best work for you, AND if you would care to moderate. We have found that weekly chats work well here, but in this case a monthly chat may be preferred.
Topics, etc. will be of your own choosing - we are just offering the services of the chat room and Abberline.

I wouldn't mind having an additional chat, as I am stuck in class during the time period of the regular Tuesday night chats.
I'd be up for a Thursday night affair, if anyone else is.

Hi, all:
I would be glad to make myself available in the evening earlier than the normal U.S. chats and would probably work with Viper in facilitating a chat for U.K. and non-North American viewers. I don't though usually get home from work in D.C. until around 6:30 pm my time, 11:30 pm UK time. Possibly Viper could start the chat around 10 pm-ish British time? Viper and I could also make ourselves available at the weekends during the day as well since we have had a habit of meeting in the room in the past between my Saturday or Sunday chores and Viper's gardening.
