I'm interesting in getting my hands on a copy of Moore/Campbell's "From Hell" (the so-called graphic novel). I know that the information contained herein is not historically accurate by any means, but I think perchance it could be entertaining.

I've searched on BN.com and Amazon.com to find that copies are difficult to come by - at least 3-5 weeks' wait.

If anyone could help me in this endeavour, it would be most appreciated.

Thank you.

There is one copy, ready for sell right now, in an English library, in Brussels.

I do not remember the name of the library but it is easy to find.

If you take the Eurostar at Waterloo Station you get out at Gare du Midi in Brussels.
Without getting out of the station, you get down one floor and you take the first tram (in the underground so) which is coming (a lot of different numbers but anyone is good for your purpose), direction "Gare du Nord".
You will get out at the underground station "Roger" (meaning Place Roger).
You take the escalator, you come on the surface and the english library is right there (on Boulevard Adolphe Max).

The cost of the book is about 1375 Bef (I can't be very much wrong), so, more or less 20 pounds.
The cost of the trip London/Brussels depends on the formula you choose.
The cost of the tram is 55 Bef (a bit less than one sterling) and the ticket is effective for one hour.
Brussels is not at all an expensive town.

I know it because I saw it last week.
You find it on the ground floor of the library (section True Crimes)
Of course you take the risk that is not there anymore when you come.
But life is an adventure.

One thing to add: the book is new but has ears and having a plastified cover, it's quite dirty (a lot of fatty fingerprints over there).
But the pages are really ok.

Graziano.

I know this is an old post - but there are always several on eBay.
