Whilst you are all seemingly brilliant in your powers of deduction and wacky theories, I was wondering who amongst you may enlighten me as to what happened to the piece of apron found near the goulston street graffito?
I havn't read anything that points out where this evidence disappeared to...... bit like Jack really....

Wentworth dwellings ?? now there's a mystery!

The City police records were destroyed in WWII during the London bombings.
If the portion of apron still existed up to that time then that was the end of it. However, it could have been pilfered long before that time, as a momento, as apparently, may have been the case with some artifacts.
To date, no trace of its existance following the closing of the case files has surfaced.
No-one knows.
