This little thread is set up to provide posters with the opportunity to ask others how to obtain books needed for Ripperlogical research.

Here is all the information I have on a book I'd like to get hold of:

This book is unavailable through interlibrary loan in the state of Connecticut, where I live. A copy of it exists in one Connecticut library, that of the University of Connecticut at Storrs, but UCONN refuses to loan it off-campus.

If anyone else knows a non-Connecticut library that has the book, I'd much appreciate the information. My library could then try to obtain it for me.

With thanks in advance,

David

David,

There are several copies listed at :

http://www.abebooks.com

if that is a help. The cheapest copy appears to be around $32 + shipping from the U.K.

Whooey! That's a lot of money for little David! Haven't got $6M like some people, you know. Thanks for your help, Sir Robert, in any event. Much appreciated.

Does anyone know how to search for library holdings on the internet? Thank you.

David
