For anyone unaware...www.crimelibrary.com A regularly updated site with a wealth of fascinating stories. The recent Patricia Cornwell book is discussed however briefly.

Ivor

Thank you for the warning re this book, however
I do wish you could be more specific without
stepping on anyone's toes (so to speak)

I found this book very interesting because it
gives details of 16 different Jack Versions. It
enables a person to do a comparison in one book.

However the Jack the Ripper Companion, says all
and JtR A-Z is also very informative.

I have read many and even though the theories
have been far fetched on some, there is always
something new to be learned from each book as
well as, most importantly confirmation of facts
previously read.

I am looking forward to your book, but here in
Canada chances of getting hold of it before it
becomes ancient is very slim.

best wishes and GOOD LUCK on you book.
Julie

Hi Julie,It is some time since I read the book and to be more specific about the mistakes in greater detail I would have to go through it again. At the moment I do not have the time to do so as I am very busy with other ripper related matters. Thanks for your kind words and remember the saying about this subject being akin to walking through a minefield.
