If anyone has anyinformation i would be most grateful.
And one more thing, i'm going to engalnd in two month for my first time, i'd like to know if these 'London Walk's Ripper Tours' are worth it or if they are just a hunk of crap.

There are a number of websites that have information on Bethlehem Hospital, or Bedlam, the mental asylum that stood in Moorfields, London, until the first decades of the nineteenth century. I believe the Imperial War Museum occupies part of the site of Bedlam.

What i'm really looking for is decriptions of the insane asylums, ie the treatment of patients and how the places were set out, around the end of the 19th century.
ie around jack the ripper's time.
I can't seem to find much info on what the conditions of these places were like. So if anyone could help me i would be greatly appreciative.
