Guys,

I thought you'd all like to know, that they've caught a suspect in the "Jack the Snipper" case up in New Hampshire. This was the case of the guy who was going into women's houses at night and cutting their clothing off of them, and then leaving.

What drives me nuts about this case here is the extremely leniant charges they're bringing against this guy - I can't believe that New Hampshire hasn't figured out that this kind of a crime is a stepstone to more dangerous behavior, that ends up with murdered victims. I hope the New Hampshire cops keep a close eye on this guy, or we may be reading about him in a different thread on these forums.
