Sorry - couldn't help the alliteration There a trial underway in Melbourne where the Crown case revolves around post-mortem mutilation of two women. http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2004/07/26/1090693897024.html?from=storylhs# The accused has been found guilty of one murder and is being linked to another by the "signature" of breasts being removed. Will provide any further updates of interest. |

Hi Neale, Very (disturbing but) interesting stuff. I hadn’t come across your post until now. Are there any updates? I have found another case of a mutilating killer in Australia. This was in the early 1960’s. You can find it here: http://www.crimelibrary.com/serial_killers/weird/macdonald/index_1.html?sect=2. Although he killed men, his case reminded me a lot of the Ripper case. Like in the Ripper case, there’s even a John McCarthy involved! All the best, Frank
