Tumblety was arrested on 7th November 1888 on charges of gross indecency against 4 individuals:
1) John Doughty
2) Arthur Brice
3) Albert Fisher
4) James Crowley

I believe that one of these can be identified with some certainty owing to
1) the rarity of the name and
2) the likely age of young men in whom Tumblety was alleged to be interested.
This leads to the identification of Arthur Brice as follows:

Arthur Robert Brice.

No trace of the family in 1901.
The death of Robert Henry Brice was registerd in Fulham in 3rd quarter of 1881. His age at death is given as 45.

Arthur Robert Brice married in 1st Quarter of 1897 at St George Hanover Square. His wife's name was Jessie Covill or Covell, born Norwich in 1865.
