You began a conversation regarding the qualifications of Phillips. Since we depend upon the post-mortems of all the doctors so heavily, why not start a thread regarding their qualifications and experience?

There's a George B.T. Phillips in the 1881 census - medical man, age 40, widower with two young children and 4 servants including a butler. Address 24 Leinster Square.
