Well, I think I said who I would get to play Annie Chapman . . . I would get Mary Vivian Pearce to play Mary Kelly . . . Mink Stole would play Polly Nichols . . . I think Cookie Mueller would make a terrific Long Liz Stride, and I would have to have a role for Edith Massey, so I am thinking I would give Mrs. Fiddymont a larger part and cast her in that role.
David Lochery would have to be the Ripper of course, but who would the Ripper be? If it's Lochery playing him then the Ripper has to be George Lusk, since I couldn't imagine him playing anyone else.
I didn't mention Kate Eddowes, did I? I would get mean Susan Lowe to play Kate, she seems spirited enough to do a nice rendition of a fire engine . . .

I know, I was just dreamcasting. In fact, David Lochary is dead, Edith Massey is dead, Cookie Mueller is dead . . . I'm pretty sure even the Eggman is dead.
It's all quite sad. Especially since David Lochary was (and is) one of my favourite actors.
BUT, if John Waters was going to make a movie of the Ripper in, say, 1975 (the year I was born!) this is the cast I think he would have chosen.

Hi Chris,
It's a gag. John Waters' next film due in September is called 'A Dirty Shame'. Tracey Ullman, Chris Isaak and Jackie Hoffman play head-injury sufferers who because of their accidents, have carnal lust they can't control (typical neighborhood in Baltimore?).
