Rochester, Monroe, N.Y. Democrat & Chronicle
23 June 1905
The will of Francis TUMBLETY, asked to be set aside by Rochester heirs,
who
considered $65,000 in bequests insufficient and sought to have $100,000
more
distributed, was sustained, by the St. Louis Probate Court yesterday.
George
B. DRAPER attended the sessions of the proceedings, representing Rochester
interests. The estate goes largely to charitable institutions and church
dignitaries.
