LONDON, October 3.--Mr. Forbes, the noted war correspondent, writes to the Daily News that he is convinced that the Whitechapel assassin got disease from one of his victims, lost his situation and is suffering from specific madness. He suggests that the murderer is a medical student. No further arrests have been made in connection with the Whitechapel murders, and the police have discovered no clues to throw any light on the mystery.
