Has He Been Caught At Last?

London, February 11, 1889
2 o'clock P.M.

A dispatch from Dundee, Scotland, states that a murder similar to the Whitechapel outrages has just been committed, and the culprit arrested. The police authorities say that the man is undoubtedly the famous Jack the Ripper, but refuse to give any particulars. Great excitement prevails in this city.
