Indemnification
I agree to hold and
save the owners and operators of Casebook:
Jack the Ripper (http://casebook.org) harmless
against all liability for libel, slander, defamation of character, infringement
of trade marks, trade names or titles, violation of rights of privacy and
infringement of copyrights and property rights in all cases, whatsoever, resulting
from posts made on any forum, by any user, under the casebook.org domain.
Forum Etiquette
I will post
nothing to any public forum under the casebook.org domain that includes content
that may be deemed libelous, slanderous, defamatory, lewd or obscene, offensive
to any ethnic or cultural group, or otherwise inappropriate. I agree not to post any comments under my
account which are not of my own authorship, without expressly indicating the
original and true author. I understand
that such behavior will lead to my removal from the message boards, and that
the owners and operators of casebook.org are under no obligation whatsoever to
reinstate my privileges at any time.
